Different dialects of our models, methods and tools are now used by more than 80 organizations in conjunction with businesslike maintenance management of IT support. Some examples of these organizations are: the Swedish Public Employment Service, AstraZeneca, Folksam, the Swedish Armed Forces, HSB Stockholm, Lantmäteriet, Lärarförsäkringar, the Norrbotten County Council, Pågen, SEB, the City of Stockholm, the Municipality of Västerås and TeliaSonera. We have produced applications for about 360 different objects, encompassing everything from infrastructure objects, helpdesks and Internet solutions to products, processes, internal support systems and more.

Swedish Computer Society
På and the Swedish Computer Society collaborate in system maintenance matters. The Swedish Computer Society arranges basic courses in pm³ and our staff members are engaged as instructors. Moreover, in the autumn of 2008, the Swedish Computer Society arranged a certification course for pm³ establishers for the first time. Malin Nordström was the instructor for this course.
The Swedish Computer Society also published Malin Nordström och Tommy Welander’s book More Businesslike Maintenance Management. The book is used, for example, as course literature at universities and colleges. The Swedish Computer Society also distributes På’s publications and reports.
